Why I chose this: Well since it is nothing but water, flavoring, sugar and carbonic acid it really wasn't doing me much good now was it?
What I Did: The month of January was "no soda month" for me. It turned out to be not such a big deal either. It's so much easier to sit down in a restaurant and say " no thanks, I'll just have water" and a lot less expensive, too. Health wise it knocks off 100 calories or something like that and eliminating the sugar and acids makes me feel better.
