BMO was asking me about how he could workout this summer. We looked into health clubs and laughed at their high monthly fees... no way was my answer. So we checked around and picked up a versatile wt bench from Walmart and a 160# set of wts from Sears and .... can you say home gym? For the price of four months gym membership we converted a portion of garage into the "Big O Fitness Center".
